This wine is velvety from the start, displays great depth of color along with lifted aromas of black cherry, cinnamon, cloves, and dried roses. Its spine of textured rustic tannins is complimented with rich plum, dark chocolate flavors, and moderate acidity. It is a medium bodied wine, rich and dry with good depth and a firm savory finish complemented with cedar.
